Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the petition filed by the petitioner u/s 133(1) (b) Cr.P.C. in Na.Ka.No.4686/17/E3 dated 06.04.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondents to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 133(1) (b) Cr.P.C. in Na.Ka.No.4686/17/E3 dated 06.04.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a petition in Na.Ka.No.4686/17/E3 dated
06.04.2017 under Section 133(1) (b) Cr.P.C.. But no action has been taken on the petition filed by the petitioner. Though the petitioner made a representation on 26.02.2018 to the first respondent to dispose of the above petition, no action has been taken so far and the same is pending before the second respondent herein. Hence, the petitioner filed this present writ petition before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.
5.By taking into consideration of the submissions made by the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the petition, filed by the petitioner, dated 06.04.2017 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
