This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the office Order:TRANS/1014/345/2014, dated

20.09.2014, issued by the second respondent transferring the petitioner from BHEL, Tiruchirapalli to BHEL, Goindwal, Punjab and to quash the same and directing the respondents to retain the petitioner in his present employment in BHEL, Tiruchirapalli till his retirement.

2.As per the earlier order of this Court, the petitioner was retained in BHEL, Tiruchirapalli, itself and he has also attained superannuation on 25.07.2015. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
