This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the during enquiry, both the parties appeared before the second respondent and gave a statement that they will approach the family Court to seek their remedy and the petitioner has also requests not to proceed further in the complaint. In the light of the above said statement, the second respondent closed the complaint. The closure report is also produced before this Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum to seek her remedy.
