ORDER

The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant Ordinary Leave, for a period of one month, to the petitioner's husband by name Siddhique Ali @ Sulthan, who is serving life sentence at Central Prison, Palayamkottai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The reason for which Ordinary Leave is sought for is the illness of the mother of the prisoner.

3. Considering the circumstances of the case, we direct the authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner, at an early date, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and dispose of the same. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
