Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to direct the 4th Respondent to take suitable action against the above tree cutters and ensure the petitioner and his villagers healthy life based on his representation dated 23.08.2015 according to law within stipulated time limit.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader who took notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The issue raised in the writ petition is that the valuable trees are being cut without following the procedure. Therefore, the

petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents on 23.08.2015. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2015 except to direct the concerned respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. If any third party will be affected by the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner or by any order to be passed, the authority shall hear such person to avoid the allegations of violation of principles of natural justice. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned is free to deal with the matter on its own merit as per law.
