ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 31.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 31.07.2015, petition enquiry is pending in and C.S.R number is not assigned.

3. A perusal of the complaint of the petition dated 31.07.2015 would go to show that it has been sent by post and there is a dispute between the relatives in connection with the civil matters. Since the complaint does not inspire the confidence of this Court, no specific direction can be given to the respondent police to register the case based on the complaint dated 31.07.2015. In my considered opinion, the said allegation does not make any cognizable offence warranting investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Further, it makes out only a civil dispute. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
