ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Learned Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur to expedite the trail O.S.No.71 of 2014 and pass Judgment and decree thereon, within a reasonable time period. 2.The petitioner is the plaintiff. The respondent is the defendant. The petitioner filed suit in O.S.No.71 of 2014 against the respondent before the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur, for recovery of money. In the said suit, the respondent filed written 09.02.2015. Even after completion of the pleadings, the case has been adjourned periodically for framing issues on number of hearings, without any progress. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur is directed to dispose of O.S.No.71 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, 30th June, 2017.
