This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 19.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The 2nd respondent is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
