O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioners and to not to interfere in a civil dispute, except according to due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that on the complaint given by one Senthilkumar dated 03.08.2015, petition enquiry is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pending.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submits that these petitioners are not the accused and they have been called only for the enquiry.

5. The petitioners are directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, they shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
