Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner is having joint patta. He wants individual patta to be issued. He has given application in this regard before the third respondent.

The third respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or other.
