(R9 is impleaded vide Court order dated 28.08.2015 in M.P.(MD)No.6 of 2015) Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the fourth respondent in proceeding No.Na.Ka.A5/10620/2015 dated 20.08.2015 and the consequential order of the third respondent Na.Ka.A2/3971/2015 dated 22.08.2015 quash the same and consequently, direct the third respondent to conduct counselling based on the original seniority list prepared by the second respondent in his proceedings dated Na.Ka.A8/28621 dated 10.08.2015 within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to quash the order of transfer and to direct the third respondent to conduct counselling based on the original seniority list prepared by the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the writ petitioner was further transferred to other place and he had joined in the transferred place.

3.This being the development took place during the pendency of the Writ Petition, no further adjudication is required in respect of the impugned order of transfer. Further, with reference to the payment of salary, it is left open to the writ petitioner to redress his grievance by approaching the competent authorities in the manner known to law.

4.With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
