Respondents PRAYER:- Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of re-fixation of salary passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.3695/2011/E, dated 27.12.2011 and an order with regard to recovery in clause 3(b) in Rc.No.7876/Pen-3/2011, dated 10.08.2012 passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to reimburse the recovered over payment of Rs.44,106 and to disburse the retirement benefits by fixing last drawn salary of the petitioner as Rs.21,420 instead of Rs.20,950 to her within a time stipulated by this Court.
