*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner, alleging wrongful encroachment by the fourth respondent of Survey No.674/18, situated at Ayyanar Kovil Street, Punjai Sankethi Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District, has sought consideration of his representation dated 29.11.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the second respondent had, under proceedings in O.Mu.A2-2923/2017, dated

28.12.2017, required the third respondent to conduct an enquiry into the matter. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the fourth respondent has been in enjoyment and use of the said site classified as "Grama Natham" over a period of 25 years.

3. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to carry out the instructions given in the communication of the second respondent dated 28.12.2017, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the outcome of the representation of the petitioner shall be intimated to him. No costs.
