ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22372 of 2024, dated 21.01.2025.

2. Mr.N.Mohammed Ayyadurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner herein was arrested in connection with case in Crime No.55 of 2025 on 29.01.2025 and thereafter, released on bail on 08.03.2025 and hence, he was not able to sign before the respondent - Police from 29.01.2025 to 09.03.2025 and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioner and hence, he prays to modify the condition.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.15(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22372 of 2024, dated 21.01.2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court, weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
