PRAYER :- To Extend the time to execute the sureties granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.2375/2019 dated 18/03/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19245/2018 dated 28/01/2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court Crl.M.P(MD).No.2375/2019 dated 18/03/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.19245/2018 dated 28/01/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. As per the order passed by this Court on 11.07.2019, the petitioners have paid a sum of Rs.3,000/- as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and they have also filed a memo to that effect, hence this petition is entertained. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.19245/2018 dated 28/01/2019 and subsequently extended by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.2375/2019 dated 18/03/2019 in is further extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
