This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A. (MD)SR No.25732 of 2024 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The name of the 2nd respondent has been printed in the cause list.

4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has not raised any objections to allow this petition.
