To relax the condition totally imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No. 3143/2025 dt 19.02.2025 on the file of this Honble court ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl O.P (MD) No. 3143/2025, dated 19.02.2025. 1/3

2. Mr.A.Arun Ramnath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.7(vii) imposed by this Court in Crl O.P (MD) No. 3143/2025, dated 19.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent - Police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
