The prayer in the writ petition is to bring the School in question under the direct payment system.

2. When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings dated 12.05.2017, bringing the School in question under the direct payment system.

Therefore noting survives for further adjudication.
