Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court L-4. Pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus for a direction directing the respondents to 1 and 2 take appropriate action under Workmen Compensation act to recover the award amount passed in W.C.No.124/2016 and W.C.No.126/2016 dated 23.06.2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent against the 5th respondent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to direct the 4th respondent to settle the amount payable to the petitioners within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
