Mr.V.Pandi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2.This writ petition has been filed by one Maria Michel Raj who is working as B.T.Assistant in Government High School, Pangal in Nagapattinam District as per the proceedings issued by the first respondent dated 31.12.2013.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that after he was appointed as Block Resource Teaching Educator by the Joint Director of School Education on 14.07.2006 and even after joining duty at Block Resource Centre, Ponnamaravthi in Pudukottai District, on his request, he was again transferred to Block Resource Centre, Kadayam, Tirunelveli District on 19.05.2010 and subsequently, he was posted as B.T.Assistant to the present Government High School, Pangal, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nagapattinam District which is 500 kms away from his native place and family members and therefore, he is facing huge hardships. Hence, he has made representation to the first respondent seeking transfer to his native district.

4.It is his further grievance that in spite of the guidelines issued by the Government for the academic year 2014-2015 in G.O.Ms.No.137, School Education Department, dated 09.06.2014 for transfer of teachers those who have been transferred as B.T.Assistant from the post of Block Resource Teaching Educator, his request seeking transfer to his native district has not been considered.

5.As the petitioner has already made representations dated 14.06.2014 and 10.08.2015 seeking transfer to his native district to the first respondent, this Court finds no impediment to direct the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
