PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned notice issued by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to provide the electricity service connection to the petitioner company's mobile phone tower situated at Karur District, Kulithalai Taluk, Vaigai Vdapagam Village, Iyan Nanjai Survey No.84/2, Kulithalai Municiplity, Ward No.24 at Old Door No.239 and New Door No.29, Anna Ngar, Kulithalai Town.
