ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed in public interest, praying to call for records relating to the impugned order made by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.Ka2/6871/2014 dated 06.06.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to close down the TASMAC liquor shop (Shop No.12060) in the petitioner's village.

2. We have faith in the District Collectors. We find that they consider the objections raised by people concerned in the matter of location or relocation of TASMAC shops. In this case also a complaint is made. It may be considered by the District Collector and if any violation is found, the shop may be directed to be relocated to an appropriate place.
