ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petitioner, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.787 of 2012, on the file of B6 Jaihindpuram (L&O) Police Station, Madurai City, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report would be filed within a period of four months.

Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
