To enlarge the petitioner on Anticipatory Bail in the event of the arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.28 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Somanathapuram Police Station, Somanathapuram.

Order: This Petition Coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and affidavit and material papers of this petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Muthusamy, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/s.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the State, this court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7895 of 2018, dated 23.05.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
