The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Se.Mu.Anai.No.19118/Thu.Me.8(1)/2015, dated 10.08.2015 and quash the same as illegal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the

learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Though the writ petition is filed for the larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner will be met out, if the representation given by the petitioner on 25.06.2015 to the first respondent is considered on merits.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court does not express any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
