ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as Accused No.1 & 2. They were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C. And Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, in Crime No. 111 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The property in question has been recovered. The petitioners are not having any previous cases.

3.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; (i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District.
