ORDER

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the appeal pending with the second respondent from 21.01.2025.

Considering the limited relief that has been sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the petitioner's appeal pending before the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to hear the appeal on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
