The decree holder has filed the present revision petition, seeking expeditious disposal of E.P.No.45 of 2023, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District.

2.A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that the execution proceedings are pending in the stage of enquiry from December 2023 onwards. So far, there is no progress.

3.Considering the above said facts, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.45 of 2023, on or before 31.10.2025.

4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
