ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax condition imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.1722 of 2026 on 30.01.2026 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. He further submitted that the investigation has already been completed and that the investigating agency will be filing the final report within a short span of time.

4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and on recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court relaxes the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1722 of 2026, dated 30.01.2026. The Investigation Officer is directed to conclude the investigation 2/4

in Crime No.115 of 2026 and to file the final report on or before 12.06.2026. 5.Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.1722 of 2026 dated 30.01.2026 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.'' 6.List this case for "reporting compliance" on 15.06.2026. 17.03.2026 sbn To 1.The Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District.
