This writ petition is filed for writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct peace committee meeting on the basis of the 1st 2/5

respondent note, Na.Ka.No.A3/2892/2020, dated 12.01.2021, pertaining to Murugan Temples situated at Survey No.91/1, Udayampatti Village, Maravamadurai Revenue Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Padukkottai District. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 7 and 8 submitted that the petitioner has filed this writ petition in order to stall the Kumbabishekam festival. Pending writ petition, the Kumbabishekam has been conducted based on the guidance of the Revenue Officials and the Police Department. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
