ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent or any other competent officer in-charge of the police station to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.01.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner is an advocate of this Court and the complaint dated 27.1.2016 does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuance of a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
