For Respondent : Ms.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4334/2019 vide its order dated 15/04/2019 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4334 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4334 of 2019 on 15/04/2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of

the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4334 of 2019 on 15.04.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
