PRAYER: This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchendur, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.37 of 2018 in O.S.No.71 of 2007, within the time frame fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Vinoth

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Thiruchendur, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.37 of 2018 in O.S.No.71 of 2007, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from records that the Execution Petition filed for taking delivery of possession of the property is pending for nearly three years and it is also brought to the notice of this Court that the Second Appeal filed by the respondent in S.A. (MD).No.52 of 2019 was dismissed by this Court by Judgment, dated 16.03.2021.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Thiruchendur, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.37 of 2018 in O.S.No.71 of 2007, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
