Palanikumar on the basis of her application submitted vide application reference number (ARN) 141004128919 dated 15.05.2014 within a time as stipulated time by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
