ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the direction of the learned Magistrate, complaint lodged by the complainant under Section 156(3)Cr.P.C has been forwarded to the respondent police. So far, no case has been registered against this petitioner and enquiry is pending.

2.Since, enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. It is the matrimonial dispute. The respondent has to follow the procedure by referring the matter to conciliation.
