PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner for conducting social services in his Trust branch office at Door.No. 24/45-1, Thiruthuvapuram, Karumbumavilai, Kuzhithurai Post, Kanyakumari District providing public services like family health counseling, Suicide prevention counseling and anti-drug awareness counseling both live and on screen without causing any disturbance to other religious people and also giving Spiritual counseling and psychological advise to the psychologically affected person by the petitioner as well as by the persons who are interested in serving to the society. ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner for conducting social services in his Trust branch office at Door.No. 24/45-1, Thiruthuvapuram, Karumbumavilai, Kuzhithurai Post, Kanyakumari District providing public services like family health counseling, Suicide prevention counseling and anti-drug awareness counseling both live and on screen without causing any disturbance to other religious people and also giving Spiritual counseling and psychological advise to the psychologically affected person by the petitioner as well as by the persons who are interested in serving to the society.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent.
3. Perused the materials placed on record.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No. 289 of 2020 and investigation is pending before respondent police.
5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
