Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.12.2013, 20.08.2014 and 14.07.2015 and pass orders by absorbing the petitioner as Junior Assistant / Entry Level post from the date of absorption ie 19.01.2002 by considering his educational and departmental qualifications and 14 years of service as Assistant rendered in Tamil Nadu Magnesium and Marin Chemicals Ltd., (TMML), Ramanathapuram.

O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed seeking an order to issue a Writ of a Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 27.12.2013, 20.08.2014 and 14.07.2015 wherein he made a request to observe him as Junior Assistant / Entry Level post from the date of absorption ie., 19.01.2002 by considering his educational, departmental qualifications and 14 years of services as an Assistant rendered in Tamil Nadu Magnesium and Marin Chemicals Ltd., (TMML), Ramanathapuram.

2.Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3.It is seen that the Senior Personal Officer / Recruitment, has issued a communication dated 26.10.2013 with regard to the absorption from TMML to the initial level post of Assessor.

4.In view of the same, the respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.12.2013, 20.08.2014 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

14.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
