For Petitioner : Mr.T.Ramesh For Respondent : Mr.D.Ramesh Kumar COMMON ORDER The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed by the Sub Court, Pudukottai, Pudukottai District in I.A.No.82 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2015, dated 02.06.2017 and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2015 on the file of Sub Judge, Pudukottai to District Court, Madurai.

When these petitions are taken up for hearing today, both the parties appeared before this Court and they filed a Joint Compromise Memo, dated 27.06.2018, by accepting the dissolution of the marriage between the parties, dated 15.09.2013 and the articles amounts to Rs.15,00,000/- also returned to the petitioner by the respondent.

3. Recording the above said statements, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 27.06.2018 shall form part and parcel of the order. Based on the Joint Compromise Memo, dated 27.06.2018, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
