ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 417 and 420 I.P.C. in Crime No.Not Known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
3.It is seen that F.I.R is yet to be registered. A reading of complaint dated 13.06.2018, indicates that the petitioner had physical relationship with the defacto complainant after giving false promise that he would marry her.
4.Taking note of the serious allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
