PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the Respondent police to file the Final Report in Crime No.1328/2020 dated 17.06.2020 on the file of the Respondent Police within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report arising out of an investigation in crime No.1328 of 2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, on 25.12.2024, to the effect that action dropped. However, so far RCS notice has not been served upon the defacto complainant.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to serve RCS notice upon the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
