O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate protection to enjoy his immovable property as per the decree passed in O.S.No.85 of 2006, on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and that the petitioner has also obtained a decree in his favour in O.S.No.85 of 2006. In the matter of this nature, this Court cannot direct the police to grant police protection as prayed for by the petitioner. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 05.04.2015 given by the petitioner and if it shows any cognizable offence, action shall be taken in accordance with law against the opposite party.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
