PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed, Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.399 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Palani within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. For Petitioners : Mr.Babu Rajendran

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for seeking a direction from this Court to the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.399 of 2014 within a particular time frame. The petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

2.It is found that written statement has been filed and the matter was adjourned for framing of issues. The suit is of the year 2014. Thus, it is found that the Court below is already seized of the matter.

3.Already the Court had been reminded to take up old cases as well as the special type of cases on priority and dispose of the same at the earliest.

4.In such view of the matter, there is no need for any specific direction to the Court below for showing special priority to dispose of O.S.No.399 of 2014.
