ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2026.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents, the petitioner is a history sheeter and he is involved in several cases and due to election, he is kept under surveillance.
3. Recording the above said facts, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
