ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.03.2015 and dispose of the same within a stipulated time. 2.The case of the petitioner is that by way of settlement deed (Document No.1116/2012), dated 08.08.2012, first floor of the house property situated at Door No.146(1) Ambur Road, Dana, Vickramasingapuram Post, Tirunelveli District was transferred to the petitioner. The petitioner was also given electricity connection and property tax receipt has also been issued in his favour and the petitioner has been paying the tax regularly. While the matter stood thus, the respondent issued notice to the petitioner to pay Rs.2306/- for the year 2014-2015. The petitioner has also paid the same with objection.

The tax amount received by the respondent is more than 10 times high compared to the tax paid by the adjacent house owners. For that, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondent on 31.03.2015. Since the said representation was not considered so far, the petitioner has come forward with the Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and order was passed on 12.08.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. But the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioner is not positively considered by the respondent.
