ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The relief sought for by the petitioner is to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.03.2015 for grant of Malaikuravar community certificate to the petitioner's children namely, A.Suresh and A.Shanthi.

2.Mr.M.Alagadevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that unless and until, the application is given in a prescribed format, it would not be considered.

Special Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed to furnish the application in the prescribed format to the third respondent for considering his claim in accordance with law. On receipt of the said application, the said authority shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
