Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to implement the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A3/7620/2018 dated 22.02.2019 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31.12.2021 and 31.03.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court. *********** This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for implementation of the order dated 22.02.2019 passed by the third respondent directing the fourth respondent to correct the patta standing in the name of the petitioner with regard to the extent. The petitioner had given a representation earlier based on which, the third respondent has passed the aforementioned order which is sought to be implemented by the petitioner in this writ petition.

W.P.[MD]No.8003 of 2022 2.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the order dated 22.02.2019 passed by the third respondent directing the fourth respondent to make the necessary corrections in the petitioner's patta with regard to the extent of the property is considered and final orders passed on merits and in accordance with law by the fourth respondent.

3.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass final orders based on the order dated 22.02.2019 passed by the third respondent referred to supra within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the fourth respondent deems fit to enquire. 4.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
