PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri to expedite the proceedings in C.C.No.312 of 2020, as expedite as possible, by fixing a time frame and further direct learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri to expedite the proceedings in C.C.No. 312 of 2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3.
