Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take necessary steps against the sixth respondent so as to return back Swamy Petti with swamy ornaments, poojai articles and swamy valuable ornaments to the petitioner's Temple house in the light of the order made in W.P(MD)No.16418 of 2021 dated 15.09.2021 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2024. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent who appears to be the poojari of the temple makes it clear that the petition mentioned valuable articles will be kept in a particular room in the temple premises itself. 2/4

2.It shall not be in the individual custody of the sixth respondent. With this direction to the sixth respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
