ORDER
This contempt case has been filed complaining the wilful disobedience of the respondent in implementing the order dated 12.04.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.18059 of 2023.
2.While disposing of the said writ petition, this Court directed the third respondent therein to give fresh look into the matter in view of the pending proceedings and the recommendation of the fourth respondent and pass orders afresh, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3.During the course of hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order of the Court is complied with by passing orders afresh on 08.04.2025.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.
5.In view of the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present case. 6.Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
