The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on petitioner's complaint dated 18.03.2024.

2. The petitioner is an accused. According to the petitioner, the petitioner pledged the scrape gold at the instance of the main accused and she has informed the same to the respondent, but, the respondent police has not acted upon. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court to consider the complaint.

3. Considering the submissions made, the investigation agency is directed to conduct investigation with the available materials. If the petitioner is produced certain materials, it has also been considered by the investigation agency, during the course of investigation. 2/4

4. This Court is not inclined to issue any direction. However, it is the responsibility of the investigation officer to find out the truth and to file the final report.
